Inside The Barn
On the ground floor, underfloor heating warms the stone flagged floor and a log stove can warm the room if required. The original barn doors have been used to hide the dishwasher and fridge in the open plan kitchen/living area.

A double bedroom and bathroom adjoin the area, with stone steps up to the first floor - a 20' square living room with vaulted beamed ceilings and 'minstrels' gallery with bed and futon, a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and double bedroom.

Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen.
First Floor: 20' square living room.
Mezzanine: Minstrels gallery, with sleeping space (two beds).
Bedrooms: Two/Three.
Bathrooms: Two (bath and shower).
Kitchen Items: Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
Entertainment: TV, video, hifi, books, games etc.
Pets: One well-behaved dog.

General Items: Oil-fired underfloor heating and radiators, wood burning stoves, cot, bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Cot and high chair (baby sitting available).

Outside: Garden with stone benches and small orchard. Use of shed for bikes etc. Owner has access through garden to back lane, and use of shed under barn.
